Employer’s Perspective:
Our employees are our number one asset. We value and want to care for our employees so we try to provide programs that they find valuable and will help them in their everyday lives. We understand the health benefits of breastfeeding and support our working mothers in their efforts so where possible we do offer private Mother’s Rooms and the time needed to pump.
Employee’s Reaction:
Coming back to work is a hard challenge but the breastfeeding room at AOL make it more comfortable and put you at ease! There are hospital grade pumps and private refrigerator and sink. The convenience is wonderful – I can just leave everything in the room. The breastfeeding room definitely took out a lot of the stress and logistics!
