TCC recognizes the special needs of nursing mothers who have returned to work, and has taken steps to accommodate those needs during the work day, while still allowing the employee to perform her essential job functions.

    Both the Director of Administration and the HR Manager made me feel nothing but comfortable and assured me that on my first day, a room would be made available. They worked their training schedule around my pumping schedule and we soon found a routine that worked for all of us. The understanding from everyone at TCC allowed me to reach my goal of breastfeeding for a year and has been an entirely positive experience.
