    Employer’s Perspective:

    ASPPH provides 2 weeks paid parental leave, the culture is very supportive and pro-breastfeeding. They have a Slack channel specifically for parents, and moms often communicate directly via private messaging. They offer flexibility around telework options allowing mothers to cut out commuting time to maximize time with their children.

    Employee’s Perspective:

    Having a dedicated, private space to pump, along with the support from management to accommodate pumping time, reduced my anxiety around maintaining my supply after coming back to work. The comfortable chair and privacy also made the whole pumping experience less of a burden in general. – R.P.
